Catalytic infrared heater

Principle of gas catalysis:
Catalytic infrared heating technology is a heating technology without open fire. It works on the basis of catalytic oxidation reaction of combustible gas (natural gas and liquefied gas), and releases heat through infrared wave.
Gas (natural gas, liquefied gas) is in contact with oxygen. Through properly preheated platinum catalyst, the gas is oxidized and heat energy is generated, which is released by infrared ray.
Gas + oxygen + platinum catalyst = CO2 + H2O + IR heat
The gas flows in the heater and reacts with oxygen in the surrounding atmosphere through catalytic reaction to realize the complete oxidation of natural gas without flame at all, because the temperature of catalytic reaction is lower than the ignition point of natural gas. Therefore, gas catalytic infrared heating system is absolutely safe to be used in potentially explosive environment.
As long as CO2 and H2O are produced, Co, NOx and unburned hydrocarbons will not be emitted. Therefore, the catalytic infrared heating technology greatly reduces the environmental pollution
The heat source temperature of gas catalytic infrared determines the wavelength of light source: if the temperature rises, the wavelength will be shortened.
The gas catalytic infrared heating technology mainly realizes different wavelengths by adjusting the surface temperature of the radiant plate. The radiant plate temperature can be adjusted from 180 ℃ to 650 ℃. Therefore, the gas catalytic infrared heating is suitable for the heating application of different substrates, and suitable for the medium and long wave between 2 ~ 10 μ M
