2、 Combustion process
1. Surface combustion is a technology that burns premixed gas and air on the surface of permeable medium. Metal fiber burner, permeable medium is made of very thin metal fiber. Then it is heated to the incandescent permeation medium which releases most of the energy input into the thermal radiation. Under all operating conditions, the metal fiber burner can achieve uniform combustion.
2. The surface temperature of the metal fiber burner is about 1000 ℃, and the surface heat load is about 200 kW / m2.
3. The material used for manufacturing metal fiber burner is made of precision steel, which is extremely resistant to oxidation and corrosion. This gives the burner good durability. When the burner is running in a closed environment, the surface temperature is higher and the radiation power increases. The maximum long-term working temperature of metal fiber burner is 1050 ℃.
4. The radiation of surface combustion burner comes from two sources: the emission of heated surface and the emission of hot combustion gas leaving the surface. The high radiation flux metal fiber burner can be expressed as a part of the total energy output of the burner.
5. Due to the porous and thin combustion layer on the surface of the cushion, the metal fiber burner radiates completely in a few seconds after ignition. To achieve the purpose of rapid modulation and precise temperature control.
3、 Features
1. Strong thermal stability, heat shock resistance
Since the metal fiber burner is 100% metal, it is resistant to thermal shock even at extreme levels. As a result, water splashes on the surface of the burner and the combustion evaporates without leaving any traces of damage.
2. Resistance to mechanical shock
The metal fiber burner is very robust. No special precautions are required for handling or installation.
3. Safety of tempering
Even under strict conditions, when the burner surface is heated to 1150 ℃, the insulation performance of metal fiber burner can ensure that no spontaneous combustion will occur.
4. Rapid cooling
This is the key to fire prevention. If the burner is turned off, the metal fiber burner can cool down very quickly, and the surface can be touched by hands in a few seconds after the burner is turned off.
5. Low NOx and CO emissions
Surface combustion with metal fiber burners results in very low NOx, CO and unburned fuel emissions. Due to the close contact between the gas and the fiber, the flame temperature is greatly reduced, resulting in a much lower NOx level than other burner technologies.
6. Generation of low noise
No combustion noise. Due to the textile structure of metal fiber burner, the probability of resonance before flame is very low.
