Working principle of burner:
The gas is fed directly into the nozzle, and the kinetic energy of the air flow provides combustion air. It can operate normally at speeds and pressures associated with conventional ventilation systems.
The velocity shock and suction generated by the shape of the combustion baffle combine to make the air enter the combustion zone through the port. The air supply is constant, although only mixed with the gas flowing into the burner port. When a small amount of gas enters the burner, there will be enough air and gas mixing in the low fire gap of the burner casting. Combustion occurs in this area. Since the burner casting contains a low fire zone, it protects the flame from uncontrolled air entry.
