The gas infrared metal fiber burner of Shanghai ADJ Thermal Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is an infrared burner which burns gas on the surface. The premixed air and gas pass through the burner body and burn through the surface of metal fiber sintered felt, and the combustion occurs under the metal fiber material.

Due to the sintered metal fiber alloy emitter, it has a long service life. Its many micropores disperse and entrain air mixtures. Once ignited, strong infrared radiation is evenly distributed over the entire surface of the transmitter. Compared with braided metal and other fiber burners, it can save more than 20% fuel. Burners are flexible in nature, but supported by rigid supports. This prevents damage during routine maintenance or thermal shock after repeated ignition. These characteristics make the gas-fired infrared metal fiber burner an ideal choice for industrial and food grade applications. Because it is a flat burner, it can be placed close to the product. Once the ignition signal is sent through the control panel, the ion igniter starts to ignite and the flame spreads rapidly. The ignition can be provided by a direct spark. The burner can be monitored by flame rod or ultraviolet detector rod. Burners can be connected to standard length (1-1 / 2 ") or long (2-3 / 8") burners.
